Each table is attractively set with individual place settings (see Full Service Equipment and Staffing Packages for details and cost). Each course, including gourmet bread assortment and rosette butter, will be served at table. Coffee and tea will be served at table.

HORS D'OEUVRE
grilled shrimp and plantain with mango sauce
jumbo grilled gingery shrimp and fried plantain served on fresh mango puree


SALAD COURSE
mixed baby salad greens with raspberry vinaigrette

smoked salmon pasta imperial
