I felt like I was an Admiral being served for the first time at a visiting base, where servers take pride in their work...This is true professionalism. Your servers entered the room with the food for the wedding party like, “an army taking a hill”. It was beautiful. Please commend them and the rest of your staff. I feel like your performance should have earned you the reputation as being the best caterer in TOWN!"

"Dear Caribbean Caterers,

For my husband's birthday, I decided to throw a Hawaiian Luau and serve a buffet- style meal. The menu looked so delicious, that I ordered a large variety of appetizers, entrees, and sides. Hoping there would be something for everyone to enjoy. Far more food than needed for my number of guests.

The food, in taste and presentation, was exceptional! Not only did the adults enjoy it, but the (normally picky) children as well. Needless to say, there were no left-overs to enjoy after!

So, thank you for the wonderful experience and incredibly delicious food! I will highly recommended Caribbean Caterers to all my friends and business associates, as I am sure the food would be a hit at any corporate party as well! Thanks again!"

I am so glad I found you guys. I wanted to put into writing what a hit your food was at my husband's 50th birthday party.

Everyone raved about the taste of the food. I heard the most comments on the bread pudding, the black cake, and the chicken and beef patties. I loved the service as well. It was fantastic. I ordered oxtail for the Jamaicans in the group, but it turns out that my friends loved it as well. That is a true testament to how delicious your oxtail really is and my compliments to the chef! This was money well spent for my first catered event and I was able to enjoy myself since I didn't cook.

I cannot wait to use you again and explore your menu further. Thank you again for making my party special. My husband appreciated every morsel as well!"
