Caribbean cuisine can satisfy every palette. Our cuisine includes an array of meats, seafood, vegetarian & vegan friendly dishes, spicy and mild foods. Caribbean cuisine also draws from many of the culinary traditions from around the world. In our menus you may recognize many of the items from other cuisines. However, we create these dishes with our own Caribbean twist! Your Event Consultant will assist you in picking the perfect menu that will please all of your guests.
Our professional table designers can creatively incorporate any color or theme into your event’s table décor. From traditional to modern to themed, by incorporating beautiful fabric tablecloths and fresh flowers, we will create tables that are almost too perfect to eat on!
All the menus listed to the left are menus that we have created for past clients. We present these menus to you as suggestions of a place to start has we work with you to create your own menu. Ofcourse, you may choose to select these sample menus for your event without making any adjustments.
