Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for managing all aspects of the front desk and is the first point of contact for any caller or visitor to Caribbean Caterers.  The Receptionist must have strong oral and written communication skills and be literate in a number of computer programs. At least 1 year of front desk or administrative experience is required.

Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant assists the sales team with all aspects of the sales experience.  The Sales Assistant will be involved in marketing to prospective clients, menu design and event design.  The Sales Assistant must have strong oral and written communication skills and be literate in a number of computer programs. At least 1 year of customer service experience, or a related field, is required.  This is an excellent entry-level position for those interested in joining the Sales or Event Design groups.

Banquet Manager

The Banquet Manager is responsible for managing the service aspect of all catered events.  The Banquet Manager consults with the client, works collaboratively with the sales team in order to execute the client's service vision, serves as captain at catering events and hires and trains service staff.  All least 1 year of catering captain experience and at least 3 years of catering server or bartending experience is required.

Catering Servers

Catering servers are responsible for the set up, service and break down of fine dining catered events. Successful applicants must demonstrate an ability to set up and decorate a reception room and knowledge of different service styles. At least 1 year of catering server experience is required.  This is a seasonal position.

Catering Bartenders

Catering bartenders are responsible for the set up, service and break down of a full service bar at fine dining catered events. Successful applicants must demonstrate an ability to set up and decorate a full service bar. At least 1 year of catering server or catering bartending experience is required.  This is a seasonal position.
